We built Oystercatcher to change that. Our platform lets any healthcare sales team — whether you're a 3-person startup or a 300-person organization — describe their ideal customer in plain English and get a ranked, scored list of providers who actually match.
Under the hood, proprietary models translate your description into a matched, ranked list — then score every provider on three dimensions: how well they fit your ICP, how ready they are to buy, and how reachable they are. Each score comes with an explanation, so you know exactly why a provider ranked high or low.
But finding providers was only half the problem. Even with a good list, reps still spent hours researching each prospect before they could have an informed conversation. We built Oystercatcher to handle both — machine learning that prioritizes who to call, and agentic research that builds the knowledge your reps need to sell effectively, allowing sellers to focus on what they do best.
The result: sales teams spend less time building lists and more time having conversations with providers who actually need what they're selling.
